A call for proposals have been opened for the measure 1.3.1 “Increasing the Availability of Qualified Labour Force”. Deadline November 30, at 5 p.m 2009.

Applicants include (permanent locality has to be Estonian):
- legal artificial person
- self – employed entrepreneur
- government office or its administrative body (except institutions supported trough national programmes)
- local government
