A second call for proposals for the measure 1.3.1 “Increasing the Availability of Qualified Labour Force” has been closed.
The deadline was November 30th, 2009 at 5 pm.
The general objective of the measure is to increase the availability of qualified labour force through active labour market measures. The availability of active labour market measures will be further developed and extended to the employed people to prevent unemployment and inactivity. Furthermore, services aimed at redundant people will be developed and implemented in order to prevent them from withdrawing from the labour market and for bringing the unemployed and inactive people back into employment.
The number of applications sent to Innove was 197 with a total sum of subsidy being about 829 million EEK.
The total amount of structural support given from the measure 1.3.1 will be 200 million EEK.
A group of independent experts will assess the project applications and compile a final list of accepted projects in the end of February 2010.
