A call for proposals have been opened for the measure 1.3.1 “Increasing the Availability of Qualified Labour Force”. Deadline January 27, 2009

Applicants include (permanent locality has to be Estonian):
- legal artificial person
- self – employed entrepreneur
- government office or its administrative body (except institutions supported trough national programmes)
- local government

Applicants are allowed to organise transnational activities. Eligible costs for such activities include:
1) costs to involve international experts (inc. compensation, travel expenses)
2) study visit costs
3) participation costs in information events
4) organising costs of information events in Estonia
5) translation costs of materials supporting the project activities

Transnational activities can involve partners from EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Island.
