For the second time Euroguidance centres from Estonia and Finland were organising together with Eures Estonia and Finland and Finnish Ministry of Employment and the Economy the training course Innovative guidance methods to support mobility.
The training course consisted of 6 days of lectures, workshops, discussions and 4 personal job-shadowing days to exchange and exercise the theoretical methods in counselling for mobility purposes both in Estonia and in Finland dealing with the following themes:
The training took place during the time period of April until September 2011.
This training is partly co-financed by the EU Lifelong Learning Programme (Leonardo da Vinci).
