The content and requirements of the electronic test are the same. The examination test consists of 24 multiple-choice questions in Estonian. The examination is considered to have been passed if the examinee has answered at least 18 questions correctly. During the examination, the Estonian text of the Constitution and the Citizenship Act of the Republic of Estonia and the dictionaries provided in the room where the examination is held can be used.

The examinees will be informed about their score immediately after finishing the electronic examination.

The electronic certificate will be issued within several days after the examination.

The electronic sample tasks of the citizenship examination can be viewed in the Examination Information System. To answer a question, select the answer version that you consider correct and click on the “Kinnitan vastuse” (“Confirm answer”) button. Your result will then be displayed: 1 point for the right answer, 0 points for the wrong answer. To see the right answer, click the “Näita õiget vastust” (“Show the right answer”) button. To move to the next task, click the “Järgmine” (“Next”) button. To go back to the list of tasks, click the “Tagasi” (“Back”) button.
