- Recruitment policy
At first, we announce the vacancy in-house to give opportunities for our employees to advance.
A new employee is appointed a supervisor who supports him/her during the probation period. In addition, others are happy to help the new colleague – the most important thing is that he/she would feel welcome. For new employees there is also the traditional inauguration ritual.
- Development of employees
Performance reviews are carried out every year. Special attention is paid to fulfilling the tasks, setting objectives, development needs and also topics concerning job satisfaction. As a result of the reviews a training plan is set up, where the development needs for the whole organization as well as every individual are taken into account.
- Salary system
We consider it important that the salary system be transparent and motivating for the employees. The basis for assigning salaries is a system on graded levels for each post, which are reviewed according to the changes in the organization and the labour market.
