Structure
According to the articles of association the Foundation’s strategic management and supervision is exercised by a Supervisory Board of 5 members. The members of the Supervisory Board are authorised persons of the Ministry of Education and Research, the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. The Foundation is managed and represented by a Management Board of 2 members. The Foundation consists of fund or programme-specific structural units and support units or functions.
