This project intends to give educators from Malta, including Heads of schools, the opportunity to view the benefits of VET first-hand within mainstream Secondary Schools. This will take place by establishing partnerships with Schools which have years of experience of teaching VET subjects – it is offered by partners from Estonia, Germany and Belgium.
- strengthening the profile(s) of the teaching profession;
- promoting the acquisition of skills and competences;
- supporting schools to tackle early school leaving (ESL) and disadvantage.
Mobilities: A total of 344 participants from partner countries will take part in study visits. Estonia will receive up to 120 participants of 6 study visits. 20 participants of Estonian VET-schools participate in study visits to partner countries
Project period: from 1 September 2018 until 31 August 2021.
