Educraftor, in partnership with Innove, is proud to invite teachers (from any school, teaching any subject) to a practical day of learning together. During Edujam, we will give you the opportunity to work in teams and to use design thinking to uncover the myths of using digital tools in your classroom.
Around the year 300 B.C, the Ancient Greeks used the Salamis Tablet to perform mathematical calculations. To people living in this time, it was considered to be an advanced and exclusive method for calculating some of the world’s most unfathomable problems. Fast forward more than 2000 years and not a lot has changed really. Only now, the tablet is an easily accessible tool, amongst a host of others, that represent the digital tools available to successfully calculate and assess mathematical problems.
The event will be facilitated both in English and in Estonian and requires no pre-work on your part. This is a free event, but registration is required. Spaces are limited, so be sure to register soon to book your spot!
Join us at Edujam Viljandi as we use Design Thinking and Team Learning processes to develop solutions for tackling the digital landscape of mathematics. We’re jamming and we want to jam with you too!
