As of the 1st of August 2020, all the activities of Foundation Innove will be transferred to a new state authority called the Education and Youth Authority (Haridus- ja Noorteamet). The new authority is directly subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Research.
This is a formal reform to gather similar activities under the same roof. Activities will be transferred and continued without substantial changes. The transfer of all activities is unavoidable, as Foundation Innove will not continue any activities. According to the Estonian law, in case of transfer of all assets and activities, no consent or agreement is needed from the other party, but the other party must be notified of the transfer.
The contract(s) in force with Innove will be transferred to the new Education and Youth Authority as of the 1st of august 2020 (with the exception of contracts that will be fulfilled and completed before the named date).
The contract(s) will be transferred without changes and will be fulfilled by the Education and Youth Authority as agreed. As of the moment of the transfer, the Education and Youth Authority will be the processor of the personal data related to the contract(s).
Fees that fall due after the transfer date, but a) are payable for work fully performed, services fully rendered or goods fully delivered prior to the transfer date, or b) are payable monthly and are paid for the month if July 2020 – should be invoiced to and will be paid by Foundation Innove. All fees thereafter will be paid by the Education and Youth Authority and invoices must be sent to the e-mail address email@example.com.
