2.1.4. Innove needs cookies for technical functioning and improvement of the website. This is based on Innove’s legitimate interest in informing the general public about the services and contact information provided while ensuring the ease of use of the website.

2.2.1. Innove collects statistical data to help us increase the ease of use of our website, to improve the service, and finding out what users are looking for. 2.2.4. The aim of the collection of the aforementioned data is to ensure ease of use of the website, and it is based on the legitimate interest of Innove to use of public funds entrusted to it to maintain the website in such a way that the website fulfills its goals in the best possible way.
2.3.1. Innove’s homepage is hosted by a server that can store your inquiries (the web address you want to open, the browser and device you use, IP address, and access time). These data are used only for technical purposes – to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website and to investigate cases where there may be a security risk.
2.3.2. The aim of the collection of the aforementioned data is to ensure the technical accessibility and security of the website, and it is based on the legitimate interest of Innove to informing the public about the services offered and of contact details.
Innove is not engaged in direct marketing.
Innove does not create individual profiles on innove.ee visitors.
2.6. Access to data
2.6.1. Only the staff of the Innove Communications and IT Centers Access have access to the statistical information of the visitors of the webpage as they are responsible for analyzing and updating the website’s data.
2.6.2. Innove’s partners working on website development, administration or hosting may have access to technical log files.
2.6.3. The Google Analytics tool provider, with access to the collected statistical data, is Google LLC. This is a large company that has taken steps to comply with the European Union’s privacy standards (EU–US Privacy Shield Data Protection Framework).
2.6.4. Google assumes the following obligations to users of the Google Analytics tool.

2.7 Data storage time
2.7.1. We use the collected statistical data for analyzes for up to three years.
