Guidelines for responding to the questionnaire
Purpose of the satisfaction survey
The purpose of conducting a satisfaction survey in is to expand feedback on the quality of education and create conditions for systematic monitoring of the well-being and performance of students in schools. The data collected from questionnaires is intended to be used to provide feedback to schools on the quality of the working and study environment.
Survey feedback and report
As a result of the survey, schools will be provided with an objective and comparable feedback on the satisfaction of different parties and the factors affecting it. School can use this feedback to analyze its previous activities and to make plans for further development.
In the feedback, evaluations of different parties will be compared with the state average results. Schools that participated in the pilot satisfaction surveys conducted in 2017, this year would have the chance to monitor changes in their results over time.
Responding to the questionnaire
The questionnaire is delivered to respondents via an online survey service called Lime Survey, the link of which is provided in the call above. It requires an uninterrupted Internet connection when providing responses (in the case of Internet disconnection, the data will be not recorded and answering will have to be started from the beginning).
A convenient way of completing the questionnaire would be to use a PC or laptop with a mouse, but it can also be done via a web browser on a tablet computer (with a larger screen). To fill in the questionnaire, a survey web link should be opened in the language best known to the respondent.
It is important to try to answer all the questions asked.
When clicking the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the page next page of the questionnaire will be available. Answer all question on each page at once because the questionnaire does not permit to return to the questions on the previous page. After you finished answering the questions, click the ‘Submit’ button on the last page.
If you wish to pause filling in the questionnaire
We recommend filling in the questionnaire without any interruptions. If you leave the survey open for too long, you may encounter problems in continuing. If you wish to pause and carry on later, click on ‘Continue later’ on the left-hand side under the questionnaire. After this you can create a username and password that will allow you to save your incomplete form and later continue where you left off.
